I’m a Product Designer with experience in both B2C and B2B digital products, currently based in Lisbon. I focus on understanding real user needs, leading discovery within product teams, and turning insights into meaningful design solutions that support both users and business outcomes.

My work spans from early problem framing and qualitative research through to design direction and close collaboration with engineering and product teams. I enjoy tackling complexity — whether that’s helping internal users make sense of data on an enterprise platform or simplifying decision-making flows in customer-facing products.

Before design, I trained and worked in mental health nursing, which shaped my approach: I value deep empathy, structured thinking, and clear communication. These qualities help me design with sensitivity and make well-grounded decisions in complex contexts.

I’m passionate about working in environments where research and collaboration drive decisions, and where design strengthens product strategy in practical, human ways. I’m always learning — whether it’s refining research skills, exploring new UX patterns, or contributing to a team’s shared understanding.
